We are happy to accept exchanges up to 7 days after purchase for in stock merchandise. This goes for in stock merchandise only. Any out of stock or special ordered pieces are excluded (this may include pieces that are no longer in stock at the time of order).
Cancellations of custom orders is not allowed after 2 days of approval and is subject to approval by management. No refunds are given, only store credit.
Cancellation of not in stock items is for a store credit only and within 3 days of the order place date.
There are no returns on any altered or sized pieces, bridal, bespoke jewelry or watches.
